Doctors 24/7

CMIL runs a 24-hour emergency service. Out of hours calls to the clinic are directed to the physician on duty, who will either:

- Try to resolve the problem by telephone
- Arrange to see the caller immediately (at the caller's home or hotel)
- Direct the caller to a local state or private hospital.

When a private hospital is required, our physician will make all the necessary arrangements and, if needed, meet the caller at the hospital. In the event of admission, our physician will remain in control of treatment, or arrange for an appropriate Specialist. Our physician continues to act as liaison between the family or insurance company, the hospital and the patient throughout the duration of the admission.
